Late October is a risky date for a wedding in Maine. It could be raining and cold, snowing, or beautifully sunny. Thankfully, Jeff and Leslie were blessed with sun, peak foliage, and weather that was on the warmer side for October 20th. Family and friends, sorority sisters and fraternity brothers gathered at the Penobscot Valley Country club in Orono, to watch Jeff and Leslie tie the knot. Burgundy and navy popped under the blue sky, during the “I Dos” with mountains covered in red and orange trees creating a beautiful backdrop. The ceremony was followed by toasts, which included a live musical performance by Leslie’s father Jim, who sang a song that he wrote, while playing the guitar. Dancing and drinking began, on a floor that wasn’t nearly big enough for all of the guests wanting to bust a move. The night ended with an outfit change by the beautiful bride, a dress a bit more appropriate for the partying that followed in downtown Bangor!
