March 28th 2020. It was a sunny but windy day in Ipswich, MA. All was good and happy on Nick and Emily’s wedding day! The girls got ready in a sun filled room at The Hellenic Center, chatting and clinking champagne. I instantly felt like part of group, which is one of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer. After the boys arrived, we quickly set up for the first look. Nick and Emily have been together nearly a decade, and were both feeling nervous (but excited) so I knew it would be a good one! There was happy tears, and gushing from Nick, and maybe some misty eyes behind the camera. Nick and Emily’s connection is so strong, and their love for each other was so sweet to witness. The ceremony was even more emotional, in the best way! We braved the cold February air several times for photos, which was so worth it, and found some spectacular indoor places as well. The night ended with a full dance floor, and make-and-take candy bags! Nick and Emily’s wedding day sure was a special one, I am so honored that I was there to capture it all!
