Audrey’s Mermaid Goddess Photoshoot | Fortunes Rocks Beach, Maine

Like any 90s baby raised on The Little Mermaid, I spent many hours of my childhood diving around in the water, pretending I was Ariel. Honestly, if I were to hop into a pool today, at age 27, it would only take a few under water dolphin kicks to bring me right back to the grotto. When Audrey reached out to me to do a shoot, she said we could do anything I wanted, and I knew she would make the MOST beautiful siren/mermaid/goddess! I worked on the crown for about 7 hours, and I think it might be my most favorite creation to date!
After completing the hair and makeup look (done by Audrey!) we hit up one of Maine’s many rocky beaches. Fortunes Rocks Beach in Biddeford provided the perfect balance of accessibility (that chair was heavy) and a decent amount of privacy (Maine can get pretty busy in the summer, especially on the coast!) and we got to shooting! I could not be more thrilled with the final images!
